Smokey Purple Eye look

Ok Don't kill me, I know I am always supposed to put my product details and thoughts on my blog and yes, I have been slacking. But nothing that a makeup video can fix. Today I uploaded a smokey purple look using the Morphe and Jaclyn Hill Vault collection in Bling Boss. I absolutely love the vibrant purple that is on my lid called " GEM". I would be lying if I said this palette was amazing. The shade "ROCKSTAR" gave me so much patchy-ness and uneven distribution, I almost wanted to stop doing the video and start all over. Im not sure if it was the shadow itself or if it was the way I applied my base, because I didn't have as many issues when I did my other eye off camera. Its something to pay attention to if you do purchase this palette. I like to remind anyone who is buying makeup that if you are purchasing a palette and it's a little cheaper then you have to be prepared of it not working. Sometimes you might get a bomb palette with great color payoff and blends beautifully , but sometimes you might have some shadows that just don't work. Doesn't mean it's a bad palette, you just might have to cut some corners. If that doesn't work, you can always return it. OR make a spectacle on Social Media and get trending have the company forced to give you a better one lol. Just saying!!!!
